Worskill is being designed as a phased product rather than an AI-first demo: start with strong profile data and a deterministic, explainable matching score, then add AI where it improves parsing, normalization and recommendations. Profile creation is free, and listings are sourced from real, verified openings with visible recency.
Challenge
Make a professional profile more useful than a static CV and connect it to relevant, verified opportunities.
Approach
Model career data including experience, education, skills and certifications.
Design an explainable match score instead of a black-box recommendation, so a fit is easy to understand.
Source and verify live job listings rather than aggregating unverified postings.
Plan AI as a later capability for CV parsing and skill normalization rather than as a dependency for the MVP.
Use Git-driven delivery and Cloudflare for a lightweight deployment model.
